The Mobility & Platform Association (MPA) is an incorporated non-profit association established under Article 32 of the Civil Act with the permission of the Seoul Metropolitan Government (Permit No. 2021-95). We work where conflicts over the future of mobility are sharpest: new ways of moving people collide with someone's livelihood or investment, and regulation always arrives a step late.
We do not speak for any one side. We lay out the facts and data first, then build a table where different positions can talk on common ground. What we protect is not our own interest or any single company's, but the size of the pie for the whole industry.
